台灣茶揚名國際，常以高價位外銷至各國，然而在這背後卻有一群千歲團的採茶阿嬤們，撐著老化的身軀，
一整天進行採茶作業。阿嬤們經常有腰酸背痛的職業傷害，然而現在少有年輕人願意承接這樣高勞力的職業。
市場對於手摘茶的需求仍舊存在，此設計嘗試突破舊有的行為操作模式，改善採茶阿嬤長期彎腰的問題
使工作過程保持舒適且有效率，同時也希望能吸引年輕族群願意回鄉一同分擔採茶工作。
Taiwan tea is famous for international, often high prices to export to countries.
However, there is a group of "picking tea old women" to hold on the aging body, picking tea all day long.
Old women often have backache pain but few young people are willing to undertake such a high labor career.
The market for the handpick tea demand still exists. This design attempts to break through the old behavior mode of operation. Improve the old women's long-time stooping problem.
Keep the work process comfortable and efficient but also hope to attract young people willing to return home and together to share the work of picking tea.
